Stalking Monkeys

Apparently there are quite a few monkeys around MacRitchey reservoir. Who’d have thought.

This was a nice exercise with 28mm. Both in getting close and low and also in focusing through the LiveView.

I have to say, that 28mm is starting to grow on me lately. It seems to be perfect for these tasks where 20mm would be just way too wide and I’d have to get way too close and 35mm or even 50mm might create smoother bokeh, but they would probably not produce that in-your-face feeling.
